If you bought your TrueWomb™ product directly from truewomb.com, we will refund 100% of your purchase price within 30 days of your purchase. We will also refund your original basic shipping costs. After 30 days, merchandise must be unworn and unwashed to receive a refund or exchange. Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size and/or color only.
In order to receive a refund, contact us at customer service@truewomb.com to receive your return authorization code. Then, send your TrueWomb™ product (you are responsible for these shipping costs), a copy of your receipt and a note containing your return authorization code to:

Cedar Park, TX 78630-4226 - Upon receipt, we will refund the entire amount you paid for the products and original basic shipping charges. Your return will be processed within 3 business days of being received at our warehouse and refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. You will receive an e-mail notification once your return is processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

- Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges for items purchased at independent 3rd party retail stores. You may, however, return your TrueWomb™ product to the retailer where it was purchased according to retailer’s refund and exchange policies.
- REPLACEMENTS FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
- Although we maintain high manufacturing and inspection standards, there is a possibility that an occasional product may be defective. In the rare case that you received a defective product, we will replace your TrueWomb™ product at any time. Just contact us at customerservice@truewomb.com, explain the defect (digital photos are often helpful) and get a replacement authorization code. Then, return your product to the address listed above, along with your receipt and a note listing the authorization code, describing the defect, your contact information and where we can ship your replacement. Reimbursement for shipping back a defective product will be made upon confirmation of the defect by TrueWomb, LLC according to the same timelines listed above.
Although we will do our best to replace your TrueWomb™ product with identical fabric colors and size, we cannot guarantee that they will be available. In the event your replacement size or fabric color is out of stock or discontinued, we will contact you. Otherwise, we will ship out your replacement as soon as we receive and inspect the defective product.
