I just received my true womb and I love it. My daughter is 3 months old and she started to sleep half way through the night and then all of the sudden she stopped. Truly is the best swaddler ever! We had tried 3 other brands, but none functioned nearly as well as this. In one, she freed her entire lower half in mere seconds, and with another her little fist eventually made its way out of the top. After having my 3rd child I figured I had the whole swaddle thing down–but my son decided to be the Houdini of the group and break out of his swaddle every time he slept–therefore never really getting a good night sleep. I saw an email about TrueWomb and decided to order one. My son was in between sizes and after realizing that he was too big for the one I purchased I decided to return it and go back to my old swaddle. I received the TrueWomb Sleeping Swaddle as a gift after my son was born and what a difference it has made! From the first moment that we started using the TrueWomb swaddling system, our baby started sleeping thru the night (7-9 hours) versus getting 3 hours at best. My first child experienced mild symptoms of colic. Upon the recent arrival of my second child, I was excited to find out that there was now a product that could help prevent the discomfort. Recently I was able to try the TrueWomb out. I was very happy with the results since my daughter was able to sleep for longer periods of the night without waking up. I have been using the TrueWomb for about two weeks now. To be honest, I started out a skeptic. I always swaddled my daughter with a large receiving blanket. This seemed to work fine, except for the fact that she seemed very restricted and often over heated. When our son was born, he lost 10% of his birth weight in the hospital and had not regained it as he should have by his second week. Additionally, he had his days and nights mixed up and would only sleep well if we held him. Nursing was a big struggle as he was having issues latching, and he seemed to cry all night long. Needless to say, those first two weeks were pretty rough.

At our son’s two week appointment, our pediatrician suggested we try the True Womb Swaddling System. (We had been using a different swaddling system that we had used with our two older kids.) The TrueWomb swaddling system was an amazing help for my baby and for me. It helped her sleep for longer periods of time than she was sleeping before we used it. She would only sleep for about two hours at night before using the swaddle before she would wake up. She would also have a difficult time falling back asleep after I would feed her. When using the TrueWomb swaddle at night, she would sleep a solid three to four hours without waking up and it was much easier for her to fall back asleep. I could also tell she was more comfortable and content while using this swaddle. I only wish the TrueWomb was available when we had my son because he was so colicky.
